We are on the verge of making history. Build It For The Kids, the most significant charitable project the Daniel Morcombe Foundation has ever undertaken, is now nearing completion!

Bruce popped in to see the Build It For The Kids home and caught up with a couple of chippies working on the windows, doors and prepping the frames for the plasterboards 🧱

This beautiful home will have the best of the best of Neurock and Pro Clima treatment to keep moisture out and condensation at bay.

In recent weeks, the Rafter Myers team has had the opportunity to support several initiatives making a positive impact across the Sunshine Coast community and beyond.
It was a privilege to attend Dance for Daniel alongside our #BIFTK partners, murphyhomes_, supporting the danielmorcombefoundation in raising funds for vital education programs that help keep kids safe.
The surfforkids Legends Lunch was another highlight, raising a record $90,000 for local children with disabilities and uniting a passionate community dedicated to making a difference.
We also attended the lifeflight_au Sunshine Coast Golden Gala, which raised $525,000 to support their First Minutes Matter emergency trauma training program, helping more people know what to do in those critical moments before emergency services arrive.
We’re proud to support organisations making a real difference and to contribute to a community that continually shows up for one another.

We loved seeing so many familiar faces, enjoying some breakfast, and thanking our supporters for their contribution to this special build.
The scale of support has been humbling. We’ve seen contributions pour in from as far south as Tasmania and up to Toowoomba and Bundaberg, alongside the incredible backing of our Sunshine Coast community.
This is on track to be the Foundation’s largest charitable effort ever, and we couldn`t have reached this milestone without our amazing community.
